• The prices shown at the goods are in euros, Get Econom Print reserves the right to change the price of goods by updating prices on its website.
• The products have a warranty in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
• The warranty does not apply if the product defect is caused by the incorrect use or the wear and tear of the product.
• Purchased products can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product.
• If the size of the product ordered by you is not suitable and you wish to replace the product, you can do it within 14 days of receipt of the product.
• If we cannot find the requested size for the replacement, we will notify you by e-mail.
• Returned goods must be in the same condition as they were when purchased. For returning goods, you must e-mail us an application drawn up in free form.
• If the customer withdraws from the contract, Get Econom Print returns to the customer the amount paid for the goods as soon as possible but not later than within 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract to the customer’s bank account (the goods must have been returned or the customer has to prove that the returned goods are being shipped).
• In case of returning the goods, the customer must pay the costs related to the return of the goods; the buyer will not be reimbursed for transport costs incurred upon the return of goods.
• The goods are shipped by Omniva or SmartPost to the parcel terminal selected by the customer. The goods and services are fully payable by bank transfer.
• Payment is possible in the basket offered by means of bank links or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
• Delivery of goods will take from two to five days after the receipt of money on the account.
• Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS.
• Getecoprint OÜ is the chief processor of personal data, the company of Getecoprint OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

Note. When paying via a bank link, you must always click the “Back to merchant” button after making the payment. Otherwise, we will not be notified about the successful payment, and your order is delayed.

Purchased goods cannot be returned if the ordered product is custom-made.

Get Econom Print has the right to amend and supplement these terms and conditions and price lists.
